Payment Terms / Refunds Policy / Course Policy / Finance.
All work shop / training courses require a deposit to be paid when booking.
There is a 7 day cooling off period.
Balance to be paid 7 days prior to scheduled course date.
We require 14 days cancellation written notice prior to scheduled course date which will carry a £250.00 cancellation fee.
Unless due to exceptional circumstances no refunds will be made outside of the times stated above.
Course dates can be adjusted 14 days prior to scheduled course date which will carry a £75.00 admin fee.
Course date adjustment less than 14 days prior to scheduled course date will carry a £250.00 fee.
Clients applying for finance agree and give their permission for contact details to be forwarded to the finance provider Freedom Finance. By Checking the finance option you are giving your permission to receive a phone call from Plaxis finance department.
Plaxis Academy is not the finance provider.
We do not offer refunds on completed courses.
No-one who has completed a course and received/accepted their device and certification will be entitled to a refund on the basis that at that point we have completely fulfilled all of the requirements of sale and provided you with everything you have purchased. You cannot unlearn the training delivered, you cannot delete the intellectual property and proprietary training and information provided and you cannot return to us the commercial value we have provided you. Your device will have been delivered to you in a technically perfect condition and a full manufacturers’ warranty provided which covers you separately for any fault etc.
Plaxis can from time to time for the reason of improvement or updating change the devices and training offered with the training courses without notice.
It is vitality important that the students attending Plaxis Training courses must fully understand and agree to the Plaxis terms and conditions of the course and content, to include, what are the students realistic expectations are from the course, What if a student is unhappy with the service provided, what to do if a student is dissatisfied with after support and guidance, what student need to do to implement a complaints procedure. there are procedures to follow and student must not engage in any personal slander, criticism or defamation of Plaxis company brand, character or image to any third parties via social media sites, whatsap group chats or any other social media platforms. any evidence of this will result in legal action being taken against the individual or groups of people.
All students attending any Plaxis training courses must fully understand and except responsibility for there own actions and faults as a result of not complying with the training given during the course.
It is the students essential responsibility for the cleaning , maintenance and repair cost or replacement hyaluronic pen which are damaged, tampered, altered or modified due to students not complying or adhering to the training instructions given during the course about the ongoing strict maintenance requirements for the hyaluronic pen and products.
Plaxis are not liable for any replacement costs repair or re-training of the hyaluronic pens or associated products after the student takes the products away on the completion of the course. However If a student experiences manufacturing issues, problems with any equipment provided by Plaxis then the student must return the item for replacement free of charge.
On completion of the course the student will receive a attendance certificate, the purpose of this is so the student has evidence of taking the course, Only when the student has completed there dissertation, 5 case studies and returned them for assessment will Plaxis issue an accredited certificate, Under no circumstances would Plaxis approve of students treating paying clients before receiving there accredited certificate..
Please send us details about the complaint you would like to report. Our Complaint Center will analyze your complaint and take the appropriate measures in order that the reported situation will not occur at any other time in the future.
We will try and resolve any issues within a 24 hour period.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF MANAGEMENT.
Responsibility for ensuring the effective implementation and operation of the arrangements will rest with the Chief Executive / Business Owner. Directors / Managers will ensure that they and their staff operate within this policy and arrangements, and that all reasonable and practical steps are taken to avoid discrimination. Each manager will ensure that:
all their staff are aware of the policy and the arrangements, and the reasons for the policy;
grievances concerning discrimination are dealt with properly, fairly and as quickly as possible;
proper records are maintained.
Head Office will be responsible for monitoring the operation of the policy in respect of employees and job applicants, including periodic departmental audits.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF STAFF.
Responsibility for ensuring that there is no unlawful discrimination rests with all staff and the attitudes of staff are crucial to the successful operation of fair employment practices. In particular, all members of staff should:
comply with the policy and arrangements;
not discriminate in their day to day activities or induce others to do so;
not victimise, harass or intimidate other staff or groups who have, or are perceived to have one of the protected characteristics.

Third-party harassment occurs where a Plaxis employee is harassed, and the harassment is related to a protected characteristic, by third parties such as clients or customers. Plaxis will not tolerate such actions against it’s staff, and the employee concerned should inform their manager / supervisor at once that this has occurred. The Company will fully investigate and take all reasonable steps to ensure such harassment does not happen again.
RELATED POLICIES AND ARRANGEMENTS.
All employment policies and arrangements have a bearing on equality of opportunity. The Company policies will be reviewed regularly and any identified discriminatory elements removed.
RIGHTS OF DISABLED PEOPLE.
The Company attaches particular importance to the needs of disabled people.
Under the terms of this policy, managers are required to:
make reasonable adjustment to maintain the services of an employee who becomes disabled, for example, training, provision of special equipment, reduced working hours. (NB: managers are expected to seek advice and guidance from external agencies where appropriate to maintain disabled people in employment);

A series of regular briefing sessions will be held for staff on equality issues. These will be repeated as necessary. Equality information is also included in induction programmes.
Training will be provided for managers on this policy and the associated arrangements. All managers who have an involvement in the recruitment and selection process will receive training.
The Company deems it appropriate to state its intention not to discriminate and assumes that this will be translated into practice consistently across the organisation as a whole. Accordingly, a monitoring system will be introduced to measure the effectiveness of the policy and arrangements.

Employees have a right to pursue a complaint concerning discrimination or victimisation via the Company Grievance or Harassment Procedures.
Discrimination and victimisation will be treated as disciplinary offences and they will be dealt with under the Company Disciplinary Procedure.
